Order Form Submissions
When visitors submit orders on the site we collect the data shown in the order forms, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When you enter the password for our password-protected pages, we will set up cookies so that the site remembers you entered the password when you visit our other password-protected pages, and for your return visits, so that you don’t have to enter the password every time when using the same device to access our site.

We don’t share your data, other than what is required to fulfill your order on the other websites we manage, as indicated on the order forms. We also use the PayPal email and order details you provide to send you the invoice via PayPal when we complete the work you requested via our order forms.

If you submit an order via our order forms, the information you provide and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted orders via our order forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
